Lavang is an authentic Indian restaurant which is based in Fulwood, Sheffield. We also have a catering arm of our business known as The Private Diners Club. We are a business that care about our corporate social responsibility which means we operate sustainably through achieving our Carbon Neutral certification in 2021 which has been renewed again for this year.


We work hard to retain our Carbon Neutral certification through the conservation of energy and reducing our carbon emissions wherever possible through our Travel Action Plan. In addition we have our own Food Waste Reduction Action Plan and a Social Value Action Plan which includes aspects that allow us to minimise our food waste by turning it into green energy at an anaerobic digestion recycling plant as well as redistributing leftovers to our staff but also in the form of donations to local homeless shelters and charities such as SCCCC. We also work with sustainable suppliers such as Crag Spring water who provide high quality water from the peak district and collect and reuse their glass bottles. These glass bottles are also made from recycled glass.
