The Institute for Sustainable Food is one of the University of Sheffield's four 'flagship' research institutes, combining the expertise of an interdisciplinary team of researchers from across the University. Working with a range of partners, including ShefFood, we aim to find solutions to questions of food security and sustainability. Our H3 project ('Healthy soil, Healthy food, Healthy people' is a good example of our current work: www.h3.ac.uk
Practices
We are writing a bid to support the work of local food organizations to share good practices and to 'scale up' the impact of their work. We will let you know if the bid is successful.
