In addition, over the last five years, we have been growing an increasing amount of soft fruit, apples, pears and edible flowers, as well as being self-sufficient in honey. We have a keen interest in regenerative agriculture and are now using Wildfarmed for flour and Hodmedods for Uk grown pulses and grains.
