The Sheffield Wheat Experiment

The Sheffield Wheat Experiment creates a space for re-imagining our food systems. They have over 200 people growing ‘patches’ of heritage wheat in gardens, allotments & fields and coming together to collectively hand process the wheat. They are also working with farmers, growers and bakers, offering new skills and forging new relationships.
