Homemade Healthy Pizza

Who knew pizza contained sugar? It’s usually hidden in the sweet tomato sauce they add to the base.

With these homemade tortilla pizzas, you can cut out all the naughtiness and just enjoy the nice, fresh flavours, minus the sugar. Let the kids create their own with a choice of healthy toppings.

Perfect for little pizza lovers!

  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 60g grated low-fat cheese
  • Topping of your choice, sliced (ham, tuna, tomatoes, sweetcorn, mushrooms, olives, peppers, pineapple)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4.
  2. Place the Tortilla on a baking tray.
  3. Spread over 1 tbsp of tomato puree.
  4. Add the topping of your choice and a small sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
